We work as a team
Because true Gospel-oriented diversity, equity, and inclusion is a multi-faceted endeavor, we use a team-based approach to deliver our services. While our clients primarily interface with 1-2 members of our staff, the services our clients receive are designed by a team whose backgrounds span education, organizational development, strategic planning and change management, and group and individual therapy.
Our experience allows us to contextualize the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion to meet our clients' needs.

Over the past 5 years, here in Atlanta, Zakiya and her teammates have served multiple Christ-centered entities - 2 of which are churches with the largest congregations in metro-Atlanta. As voluntary consultants, board advisors, and strategic partners we have facilitated workshops, executive-leadership strategic planning conversations, and provided ongoing counsel to leaders who needed support on their journey of reconciliation. In addition to OneRace (with and for whom I have facilitated multiple endeavors), we have additional leaders who would be happy to provide a reference.

ZAKIYA MIMS
I have been working with leaders in the cross-cultural, reconciliation, and community development space since 2008. I have served in various roles within the non-profit and business sector. In each of my roles over the past 12 years, being successful has required that I help leaders build organizations within which people from different socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, denominations, generations, and nationalities can connect, collaborate, and serve the community effectively. I have done this work here in the United States and overseas in Mozambique.
